Prof. Harekrishna MisraChairman
Prof. Harekrishna Misra is a Professor in the area of IT & Information Systems at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA). He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer and has done Masters Degree in Software Systems from BITS-Pilani. He has also done his Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Systems and Operations Management from XIM-Bhubaneswar. He also holds a doctorate degree from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, in the area of Information Systems Management.
Dr. Misra, devoted over 40 years to the industry and academia in IT infrastructure management, database management, communication systems, and networks. His current research interests include software engineering (process modeling), e-governance, information systems management in development organizations, e-Business for rural enterprises and ICT enabled value chain in rural enterprises. He has widely published in national and international Journals of fame. He presented his papers in eminent national and international academic conferences. He has been associated with the Academy of E-Governance, United Nations University, Portugal, and works closely in the areas of rural e-governance and smart region.
He is a member of IEEE, Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) and Association of Information Systems, USA. He is in the reviewers panel of the Computing Reviews-ACM, USA.
He has been a member of the Advisory Committee of The National Council of Cooperative Training (NCCT), Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India. He is Chairman, iSTED Advisory Committee, National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

He has about 40 years of rich senior level working experience with Corporates, both in India and overseas. His experience enables him to comprehend all developmental issues from an internal and external perspective while engaging with clients in a strategic and results-oriented approach. He has in the past held senior positions with organizations in the domains of Telecoms, Telecom Infrastructure, IT / ITES, Automobile Spares, Consumer Durables, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Corporate (Business Strategy), Advisory & Business Consulting.
Kamal Nain Pandya is an alumnus of the prestigious St. Stephens's College, Delhi and after Graduating in Honours obtained a Degree in Law from the University of Delhi.

A distinguished Academic Administrator with a unique background of heading a Media Company, a Business Organisation and an Educational Institute. His last assignment as MEMBER NEC (2014) had the rank and status of Union Minister of State.
An innovator he introduced the first Indo-German and Indo-China MBA programs With Ludwigshafen University of Applied Science in 2004 and The Ocean University of China in 2012. Other pioneering initiatives include the setting up the Naval Tata Centre of Excellence in Sports Management at the IISWBM and starting the first Sports Management Program, The Energy Efficiency centre of the Association of Energy Engineers USA in 2003 as the Charter President of The AEE India Chapter.
The First Corporate specific Post Graduate Program on Energy management at lspat Industries Dolvi plant and the Joint Certification programs on Bio-Informatics(CMC), Retail Management(Future Group). CEDNER, the first area specific development centre in an educational institute at IIM Shillong in 2008.
In spite of the challenges he pioneered the setting up of JV companies with Business Organization, IIT Kharagpur and IISWBM besides collaborating in research resulting in online educational platform and software based conferencing systems. He was the first Dean of the Vinod Gupta School in IIT Kharagpur.
