Sanjay Nandrajog - Group Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sanjay Nandrajog has three decades of diverse experience in various multinationals as well as in leading Indian corporate with diverse exposure in the areas of national and international businesses. He has varied expertise in the areas of technology and retail businesses in the B2B and B2C segments. He has established credibility in turning around businesses in his previous stints. His focus towards customers in high growth and highly competitive environments has always yielded positive results. His inspiring leadership has been the key to transforming the businesses he has worked for, so far.

Having completed his engineering from IIT (Delhi) and MBA from IIM (Calcutta), he started his career with ICI followed by Lakme. Thereafter, he had a successful stint with PepsiCo India. Subsequently, he worked with Bharti Airtel as Executive Director, North and subsequently, was elevated to Executive Director- International Operations where, he was instrumental in growing the business across geographies. He has also successfully launched Bharti’s ‘Del Monte’ and ‘Pizza Express’ brands as the CEO and Director.

Santosh Dash - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Santosh Dash is a B.Tech from Regional Engineering College, Rourkela and M.B.A (Finance & Systems) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has two decades of multi- dimensional experience in consulting (some of the notable areas being, strategies on e-Governance, information technology, capacity building, business process re-engineering etc.); managing greenfield projects; developing strong relationship with Govt Authorities at State level and being directly accountable for the revenue generation as well as enhancing the bottom-line of the organization.

He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and has sailed through organizations like ICICI Infotech and Zoom Developers. His previous organization was Vakrangee Softwares which he joined in 2012, where he made a remarkable contribution through business, technology and operational transformation. He has played a key role in steering several G2C (Govt. to Customer) projects, developing a deep insight into executing them while fostering a healthy relationship with Government bodies. He has also revolutionizing the rural retail landscape in India. He developed insights into the last mile banking in India and brought several interventions in e-commerce as well as G2C space and has been one of the pioneers in designing of the first 800 service centers in villages initiated by the Karnataka Govt which preceded the existing CSC model. He has rich experience and wisdom of the infrastructure and IT sector especially in the rural landscape.

Sudipto Chowdhury - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Sudipto has almost three decades of experience in various multinationals as well as in leading Indian corporates with exposure to national and international businesses. He has varied expertise in the areas of retail businesses in different organizations. Some of the areas where he has contributed significantly are managing P&L, Retail Sales/Channel management, managing large teams, setting up distribution networks for startup operations, brand management and Stake holders relationship management.

He started his career with Hindustan Lever followed by Pepsi Cola India and Frito-Lay India. Subsequently, he worked with Bharti Airtel as GM - Sales & Marketing (UP West Circle), VP - Retail Operations (Delhi Operations), CEO - NESA, CEO - Rajasthan, Project Head, Airtel Money in Airtel Africa and his last stint was as Managing Director, Airtel Sierra Leone.

Satnam Singh Rehal - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Satnam Singh Rehal has a rich experience of over 18 years. He was associated with Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. as Financial Controller-West Zone before joining Sahaj, where he was responsible for commercial control, profitability & process and accounting of all major formats of the company.

Mr. Satnam Singh Rehal has also associated with Reliance Retail as DGM-Commercial where he was responsible for Financial Planning & Reporting. He is well versed with SAP, Excel & Internet and is also conversant with Oracle based consolidation software, accounting package - FACT. He is a Chartered Accountant.

Joydeep Datta Gupta - Company Secretary and Head-Legal

Mr. Joydeep Datta Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary with diverse and rich experience of over 18 years in Corporate Law, Secretarial Compliances Corporate Governance and Labour Law.

He is a Commerce graduate with a further Post Graduation in Personnel Management from NIPM, Kolkata. Apart from these, he also holds various professional certifications like the NCFM on Corporate Governance Module from NSE, Mumbai; MHRM from Annamalai University; Diploma in Intellectual Property Law (IPL) from Asian Law School, Pune and LLB from Vidyasagar University.

Anirban Guha - Vice President-Operations

Mr. Anirban is an astute professional with over fourteen years of rich work experience in Sales, Operations, Business Management and Technology. He has experience in business transformation and reengineering. He has good exposure in handling domestic and rural market. He is a B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from NIT, Tiruchirappalli and has a PGDBM (Marketing & Finance) from XIM, Bhubaneswar.

His last assignment was with the Tata Tele Services Limited as Operation Head. He has worked with top notch organizations such as IDEA Cellular Ltd., Emami Ltd., Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., and RPG Group.

Sanjib Mukherjee - SVP - Human Resources

Mr. Sanjib is an HR professional with twenty three years of rich work experience across industries. He is a graduate in Social Welfare and has a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management from XISS, Ranchi.

His last assignment was with an e-commerce company, MJunction services (a 50:50 joint venture company of Tata Steel & SAIL) as Chief People Officer. He has worked with top notch organizations such as Indian Express, Paharpur Cooling Towers, Vedika Software, R S Software and Sky Tech Solutions Private Limited (a 50:50 joint venture company of The Chatterjee Group & United Airlines, US). Incidentally, he is not new to Srei Group and was Head-HR for SREI BNP Paribas from 2009 to 2011.

Manoj Agarwal - SVP - Financial Services

This senior level Marketing professional has over 23 years of rich experience in Insurance, financial services, business development, sales management, investment counselling, MIS and commercial affairs with special focus on Profit Centre Management. With his wide ranging analytical and research skills he conducted proactive opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends / competitor moves thus successfully achieved the market – share metrics and move the business forward. In his last assignment as VP and Regional Head East with Kay Cee Group of Companies, Mr. Agarwal has successfully setup the first branch in Kolkata, responsible for achieving the targets of the region.

In his tenure as a AVP with SKP Securities Ltd, Kolkata, he was responsible for setting up the entire PCG and Retail Business for Insurance for the Company and training and developing of branches and franchisees across India for Insurance business.

Amlan Shet - VP - Financial Inclusion

Amlan is an astute professional with over seventeen years of rich work experience in Retail Banking, Financial Inclusion and Agri Business.

He has good exposure in handling domestic and rural market. He is a Bachelor (Agriculture Science) from Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University and has a PGDBM from Institute of Business Administration & Training, Bhubaneswar (known as KIIT School of Management).

Kislay Sinha - VP - Sales & Marketing

Mr. Kislay is an astute professional with over twelve years of rich work experience in Sales, Marketing. He has good exposure in handling domestic and rural market. He is a Bachelor in Engineering in Marine from Marine Engineering and Research Institute (MERI) and has a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur.

His last assignment was with the ITC Limited as Brand Manager. He has worked with top notch organizations such as GSK Consumer Healthcare and BW Gas Shipping Management Limited.

Pankaj Das - Head - IT and Business Intelligence & Business Processes

Mr. Pankaj Das has more than 14 years of experience in IT Domain, with expertise ranging in areas of Managing IT Operations, Building IT Strategy, Project Management and Process Automation.

Mr. Pankaj Das is a B.E. (Mechanical) and an MBA (Systems).

Proven track record for energizing people, building teams, systems & processes into model of growth and profitability.

Having completed his B.Sc from DU and MCA from MDU. His last assignment was with Asia Pacific Institute of Management as Business Head. He has worked with top notch organizations in educational space such as NIIT, IIHT Ltd, New Horizons India Ltd,TeamLease Services, BSE Institute Ltd and Asia Pacific Institute of Management.

V. R. Rajesh- AVP - Strategic business

Mr. V. R. Rajesh is a solution driver who bridges the gap between business and technology with expertise in managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects. He is a subject matter expert of eGovernance domain with more than 10 years of total work experience.

Before joining Sahaj, Mr. Rajesh was associated with well known companies like Smart Chip Ltd, Reliance Capital, and TATA AIG where he had worked in different geographies across India. He has recently earned a Post Graduate Certificate course in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a PG Diploma in Urban Development & Planning from IGNOU.

Mr. Rajesh is a Member of Project Management Institute (PMI) – North India Chapter, a global membership association dedicated to advancing the practice, science and profession of Project management.

Chitta Ranjan Deka - State Head - Operations - Assam

Mr. Chitta Ranjan Deka has a successful and rewarding career of over 35 years with expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Distribution and Product Promotion. During the course of his career, he has worked with companies like Crompton Greaves Ltd., ABC Tea Workers Welfare Services and Reliance Telecom Limited in leadership positions. In his last assignment, he has worked as a Circle Head (North East & Assam) in the capacity of Senior Vice President in Reliance Telecom Limited, wherein, he has successfully established Reliance network from scratch spreading across seven North Eastern States.

He has done Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Marketing, from the University of Guwahati and also holds a Masters Degree in Commerce from the University of Guwahati, as well.

Raman Singh - State Head - Operations - Bihar

Mr. Raman Singh has a rich experience of over 21 years in areas spanning Operations, Sales, Business Development, Channel Management, Key Account Management and New Market Development. Before joining Sahaj, he was associated with Godrej Hershley Ltd. Raman was also associated with well known companies like, Perfetti van Melle, Parle Products Ltd and HUL.

He has been working in many different states across India and has also worked in Nepal. He has completed his Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune with specialization in Sales & Distribution.

Rohit Sehajpal - Vice President - Operations - Rajasthan, HP, Hariyana, Punjab, Delhi & J&K

Mr. Rohit Sehajpal is an accomplished visionary & mission-oriented leader with over 19 years experience in Sales & Distribution, Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Distribution Management, Channel Management , Retail Sales, Account Management, Roll Outs, New Set up Initiatives, Planning & Forecasting, Manpower Planning & Training, System Orientation, Client Relationship Management, Profitability, Team Management and Business Acquisitions in reputed Companies/Brands in FMCG, O.T.C, Insurance and Telecom like Coca Cola India, Hindustan Coca Cola, Dr. Morepen, TATA AIG Life Insurance and Aircel Ltd.

Rohit graduated from Punjab University and did Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from NIS Sparta (NIS) in 1995.

Purna Rao - State Head - Operations - Odisha, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Mr. Purna Rao has 20 years of rich experience in Sales & Marketing, Operation and Training, and was associated in industries like IT Education, Hospitality Management and Insurance. He had a spent a commendable stint in Computer Point India Ltd, Pentasoft Technologies ltd, East India Hotels, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance co. Ltd. and Aviva Life Insurance.

He graduated in Commerce and hadcompleted MBA in Human Resource Management.

Sumit Khatri - State Head - Operations - Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

Mr. Sumit Khatri is a dynamic professional with over 14+ years of rich experience in companies like Cipla and Zydus as RSM, Branch Manager in HDFC Life Insurance, Cluster Head in ICICI Lombard.

In his last assignment he handled 3 Zones with Idea Cellular Ltd. as Area Manager. He is a keen planner with proven abilities in devising strategies to augment business,streamline processes and initiate & implement new ideas.

Sumit is a Graduate in Commerce and has an MBA from RDVV university Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

R. Mohan - Vice President - Operations - Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala , Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Mr. R. Mohan has more than twenty six (26) years of experience in the field of Finance with expertise ranging in areas of Accounts, Process design, Operations and Customer Service with companies that involves large customer base. He has great networking skills and is known for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resulting in a large customer base.

Mohan has a Postgraduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) and a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with specialization in Finance. He also has a NISM Certification for Mutual fund distribution and is a specialist in transaction processing. Before joining Sahaj, he was associated with IFMR Rural Finance.

Niraj Singh - Head - Operations - Uttar Pradesh & Uttaranchal

Mr. Niraj Singh is an MBA from M.G.K.V. University, Varanasi with rich experience of over 12 years in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Store Roll-out, Distribution Management, Channel Management, Relationship Management and Project Management.

He was working with Tata Teleservices Ltd. before joining Sahaj. Prior to this, he has worked with Reliance Web Store Pvt. Ltd.

Gautam Banerjee - State Head - Operations - West Bengal

Mr. Gautam Banerjee holds an experience of over 14 years in the field of Sales & Marketing, Channel Management, Business Development and Key Account Management. He was associated with HDFC Bank before joining us and prior to that he worked with companies like ICICI Bank Ltd, Hutchison Telecom East Ltd and Colgate Palmolive (I) Ltd.

He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI in 2001.
